How am I always happy and positive? I get that question a lot. I have always been a happy pooper since a kid and to be honest nothing can put me down for a long time, okay maybe if I drop a chunk of my ice cream.Well some days I have to fake it, most days is a choice. Yes I do get sad and sleep my way through sadness but hey once I wake up I put it all aside or I just forgot about it!
Here’s what makes me happy. 1) MAKE TIME FOR PEOPLE THAT MATTER 2) HANG OUT WITH YOURSELF 3) PEOPLE WHO YOU HANG OUT WITH MAKES WHO YOU ARE SO CHOOSE YOUR FRIENDS WISELY. 4) DO WHAT YOU LOVE 5) EAT WELL AND EXERCISE 6) SPEND MONEY ON EXPERIENCE 7) GIVE WHAT YOU CAN 8) BE YOU

I could go on and on or just follow the people i follow, they are basically food folks. +FITMENCOOK +FITFABFOODS +THEFEEDFEED +GEOREATS +CLEANFOODDIRTYCITY 3)THINK ABOUT THE RAINBOW.
