INGREDIENTS CARBS & VEGGIE 1 bell pepper 1 large onion 1 stalk of broccoli 3 carrot 400 gram of sweet potato 4 Portobello mushroom PROTEIN chicken breast for Sam tempeh(soya bean) for me SEASONING salt pepper butter coconut oil mix herb soya bean milk SWEET POTATO MASH PEEL, DICE and BOIL the sweet potato till soft. MASH IT, add butter , soya bean, salt, pepper! Done MAIN DISH CHOP every vegetable OVEN the onion first so it get nice and soft. STEAM the broccoli and carrot. PLACE all the other vegetable in the casserole. Chicken and Portobello on top Salt,Pepper, oil season it well 20 min 18O degrees Celsius EASY! |
